Teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to guide our daily lives

Verily, Allah does not look at your appearance or wealth, but rather He looks at your hearts and actions.

Sahih Muslim — Sahih Muslim 2564

What matters to Allah is the purity of heart and sincerity of deeds, not outer appearance.

The rights of a Muslim over another Muslim are six: when you meet him, greet him with salam; when he invites you, accept; when he seeks counsel, advise him; when he sneezes and praises Allah, say Yarhamukallah; when he falls ill, visit him; and when he dies, follow his funeral.

Sahih Muslim — Sahih Muslim 2162

Islam emphasizes strong social bonds and mutual responsibility.

A man said to the Prophet (PBUH), "Advise me!" The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Do not become angry." The man repeated his request several times, and each time the Prophet (PBUH) replied, "Do not become angry."

Sahih Muslim — Sahih al-Bukhari 6116

Controlling anger is one of the greatest strengths and a sign of true faith.

The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both. Strive for that which will benefit you, seek the help of Allah and do not feel helpless.

Sahih Muslim — Sahih Muslim 2664

Strength in faith, character, and body are all encouraged. Never give up or feel helpless.
