Using the Qibla finder
How does the online Qibla finder work?
The tool calculates a bearing towards the Kaaba from your coordinates. Supported devices can also use a compass sensor. Allow the requested permissions and check the location shown before following the direction.
Why might the compass point the wrong way?
Device sensor support, permissions, calibration and nearby magnetic interference can affect a compass reading. The calculated bearing and the device compass have different roles. If the sensor is unavailable or unreliable, confirm direction using another dependable local reference.
